Dr. Traci K Divine Cleanse and Detoxifying Plan

I have written over 20 or more books on self growth, fitness, and health.  There is so much out there.   And not everyone is going to respond to something like I do.  See we all have our own energy patterns and we all have different levels of lifestyle.  So with that in mind this is just me posting what I do to maybe help you with trying some new things that maybe you haven't and you aren't succeeding.  Now you need to get a total body and mind check up.  And depending on your age your environment and what you are eating can make a big difference.  This even goes for me.  I was active my whole life even when I was a toddler.  In my books " Memories of Mother with Love" and others I talk about how I was at two in a too too.  I was active all my life even now.  I am still active.  Yet my body and my life has changed since being a pro fitness athlete.  And I had to adjust my diet and supplements and nutrition to each and every lifestyle change I had going on.  Wether I was preparing for a pageant,  a fitness competition, a extreme obstacle course competition , and figure / bodybuidling or bench press competition or just walking on a red carpet at a exclusive event.  
When  I ended up with some injuries and medical disabilities it really through me for a loop.  Cause I couldn't be the intense fitness queen I was before.   I had to dial it back a lot.  And I mean a lot.  Then the "change of life" came with a bang.   My hormones were out of wack and even going going gone.  Granted I went in stride and really kicked it thanks to my expertise and education.   And started to finally enjoy yoga, pilates etc.. home gym especially when Covid try to get me.  Thank you higher power for that blessing in survival.   So I started with some foods that made me feel comfortable.  Enjoying some more cheat days right!!!  We all did!  Sound like you with this....  
Maybe you drank a little more than you normally would, picked up the bag of chips or the ice cream carton to cope with stress, or laid around more than you’d like to admit. With all that’s going on in the world, it is totally understandable to feel anxious and out of control.

FIRST is acceptance... putting 2020 behind us.  We all need to take a moment and honor ourselves and be grateful and blessed to be here. Now that it is behind us we need to reboot.  And did you know most everyone gets revved up for their news years resolutions and most of them after the few weeks stop.  So lets get back on the horse and get going again. So we are going to shift both mentally and physically.  I am going to share a bit of my plan.  (at your own risk if you use it)  


MY REBOOT CLEANSE AND DETOX PLAN

Now growing up pretty much my life was like being a good little soldier.  I was pushed to be the best in everything I could and trained well cause I had a mother who was a drill sergeant.    This included our meals.  I barely ever got to eat any fancy food.   Even my cereal was bland always corn flakes and cheerios.   I never got POP and it was a treat if I did.  Chips barely.   And we had sit down meals and we had to eat all our veggies.  I actually like veggies.  I really think my mother had some government brain wash technique , cause I never complained and was okay.  I mean we had a cookie jar but Lord if you went and got a cookie without permission.  Another thing is Milk boy did I drink a lot of it and I loved it.  I still do but with so much pressure and such milk became somewhat of a bad choice cause I found later in my life that meat and dairy were not my best friends.   I actually had what I call " gut trauma"  Now I can go further into that if you want but I think I have some book coming out on that.   In part simply your brain and gut have a connection.  I actually as an adult dealt with a scare of colon cancer which I am thankful for my schooling then cause I was in pre med advanced medical technology at the time and learned to heal myself after years of struggling and dealing with it.  At the time they didn't know much about colon cancer.   In part I still deal with the issue but have IBD.  I actually every year have to get my colon tested to show I still kicked it.    So this is why I stress that cleansing and detoxifying it a must.  I actually fast throughout the year.

I do a 24 hour fast then 3 day cleanse then a 4 day detox..... you can actually with some testimonials I have gotten lose up to 10 pounds just that week.  Now I am dealing with hormonal imbalance and I can help you understand that cause ...there are great tests out there on your own or get them free with your obgyn or doctor.  I have had all those done including my T cells, thyroid, ketones, estrogen, testosterone, and others.  I have put down below a great one you can do at home. 

​ I am pretty much okay but I have the change of life so the last three I mentioned are just wacky,  I don't do the synthetic and I natural HRT.   Some of these I recommend and like.   I also boost my GH levels and do this all naturally.   So my supplementation is not for use for you.   But I am going to strongly suggest that everyone should be taking a good multivitamin and fish oils and especially BCAAs.  Plus  incorporate teas at nite to help with calm and relaxation and detox during the day.   I do like my italian espresso but I go back to that later.
​Here are some I like and use.    Plus my new thing is crystals and that includes my water.  Most of experts say electrolytes.  Well that is old news ..now it is crystal infused water.   The reason is because even your filtered and bottled water is dead water.   When pure water is infused with crystal vibrations, it is then charged with the healing properties of the stone, and can be used to promote healing and wellness.” Plus most of the ones you get are up to $500 but I found one that is amazing and can be used for your crystal vibe and also tea vibe at the same time... look below.

INTERMITTENT FASTING

This is an example of what I do .  I don't start my first meal til 11 pm and then I make sure my last meal is no later than 7pm.     What I love most about intermittent fasting is that I have tons of energy! plus reduces  inflammation in the body, and cell rejuvenation.  tip:   some people put MCT oil in their morning tea or coffee.  Or eat soup which helps with gut fullness and appetite suppression.

Why You Should Look at Your Tongue more often...

Your tongue probably doesn't draw much of your attention, particularly if you diligently monitor your body for changes in your health. While sitting in front of the mirror endlessly studying the organ that helps you taste and talk might not seem particularly scintillating, doing so is a great way to assess your overall health. Your tongue is a gateway to your digestive system, providing valuable clues about your health and dental hygiene. These five symptoms might seem innocuous, but they are among the many early ways you body signals a potential health issue.

​ A Furry or White Tongue
If your tongue is covered in furry goop or suddenly has a white hue, there's no need to panic. This symptom is a common side effect of some antibiotics and usually goes away on its own. However, it could signal that your body is experiencing a yeast overgrowth. Take a probiotic to avoid getting a yeast infection.
If you’re not taking an antibiotic, but you have a white tongue, most of the time, this is your body's way of telling you to embrace better oral hygiene. Plaque-causing bacteria can accumulate on your tongue, producing bad breath and contributing to tooth and gum decay. Brush your tongue every day, and see your dentist if the symptom persists for over a week or two.

3 Tips to Start Your Day in a good Mood!

SET AN INTENTION BEFORE YOU LAY DOWN TO SLEEP.
Here are some affirmations to practice before you lay down to go to sleep.  I find it let alone can quiet your mind but help with insomnia.  There are actual spiritual fitness exercises using energy medicine that can also help you.   By stating before you anything that you recite or pray of good pleasant dreams that you will sleep sound and wake up with joy in your heart.  Or even better if it is a struggle to affirm or pray ,  you can check buy on of my meditation albums that are specifically produced for sound sleep and morning joy.  
ADOPT A CAT OR TWO:
I also find that and ESA pet can also provide balance in your energy pattern my cats are trained in this for their purring is a vibration that can help balance your energy systems.  Sometimes one will lay on my chest and present me to pet them that brings on the purring.  While I provide them with unconditional love it helps quiet my mind.   This can also be with any furry friend.  Though cats seem to have a bit of magic when it comes to their purring.  School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of California, explains Scientists have demonstrated that cats produce the purr through intermittent signaling of the laryngeal and diaphragmatic muscles. Cats purr during both inhalation and exhalation with a consistent pattern and frequency between 25 and 150 Hertz. Various investigators have shown that sound frequencies in this range can improve bone density and promote healing. Because cats have adapted to conserve energy via long periods of rest and sleep, it is possible that purring is a low energy mechanism that stimulates muscles and bones without a lot of energy. The durability of the cat has facilitated the notion that cats have "nine lives" and a common veterinary legend holds that cats are able to reassemble their bones when placed in the same room with all their parts. Purring may provide a basis for this feline mythology. The domestication and breeding of fancy cats occurred relatively recently compared to other pets and domesticated species, thus cats do not display as many muscle and bone abnormalities as their more strongly selected carnivore relative, the domestic dog. Perhaps cats' purring helps alleviate the dysplasia or osteoporotic conditions that are more common in their canid cousins. Although it is tempting to state that cats purr because they are happy, it is more plausible that cat purring is a means of communication and a potential source of self-healing.  So we can learn from these amazing magical creatures. Which brings me to the next tip.

2. Improved memoryNaps may promote memory consolidation (the process where our brain turns information into a long-term memory). A good nap right after learning something new appears to help us retain that information. 
3. Boosted immunity
The naps helped reduce levels of inflammatory cytokines and norepinephrine, a chemical that helps control immunity.  “For most people, the 20- to 30-minute ‘power nap’ is the sweet spot for boosting alertness and focus,” says Jeff Rodgers, DMD, a certified sleep expert with the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and the American Sleep and Breathing Academy.
